Hi. I’m Nikki, the original empathetic and dynamic virtual assistant. My journey into the realm of virtual assistance was born from a personal quest to combat burnout, a common struggle I witnessed within the mental health landscape. As a licensed psychologist, I intimately experienced the impact of the ongoing mental health crisis. Prompted by the very advice I offer those I support, I delved inward, seeking what truly ignited my passion and where my strengths lay. Naturally inclined towards helping others and driven by an unwavering passion for organization, lists, and empowering individuals, I embarked on the journey that led to the creation and growth of my virtual assistant business. With a deep-rooted love for structure and organization, I thrive in crafting systems that bring harmony to chaos. My keen eye for detail and ability to envision the bigger picture ensures that no task is overlooked. Whether it's managing schedules, coordinating projects, spearheading marketing initiatives, or providing exceptional customer service, my forte lies in transforming disorder into seamless order.   • My name is Allie and I absolutely love being able to help therapists visualize their brand and needs for their business. As a Board Certified Art Therapist and Licensed Professional Counselor, I have a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Ceramics and a Master’s degree in Art Therapy and Counseling, but my roots have always been in art, design, and creating. From growing up with my grandmother who was an artist and creating something every single day to integrating the arts into my college and professional career, I love being able to share this passion with others. Because I am both an artist and a therapist, this unique blend allows me to seamlessly help therapists and other professionals create an impactful design for their work. My eye for design, flow, and that little something extra will make your brand pop and stand out. I also understand the demand of the work we do, and how challenging it can be to find the time for branding and design when it comes to your own business.   • Hello! My name is Kari Ann, I have been a Virtual Assistant since 2019, specializing in content creation, copywriting, and social media management. Before my life as a VA, I was a part-time wedding photographer, all while working as an Ophthalmic Assistant and physician's right hand for 7 years (I am quite a multi-tasker)! This combo of creative and administrative skills made for a simple transition into the VA world. As the right hand to world-renowned Ophthalmologists, I was taught the importance of managing a business with professionalism, so I understand how my work affects you and upholds the standards of your reputation! I am located on the sunny west coast of Florida and in my free time you can still find me behind the lens of a camera. I provide individualized support and guidance to therapists looking to get their business finances in order, whether it’s me doing it for you and keeping you in the loop, or providing you support in doing it yourself. I’m here to help, whatever your situation. Just like in therapy, I believe a good relationship is the foundation of good bookkeeping work. Our money is so personal and can be so complicated, and I don’t take this privilege to partner with you lightly.
