At the beginning of each month, we kindly request that you commit to a specific package that will be valid until the end of that particular month. Before the commencement of a new month, we will proactively reach out to you to discuss any desired modifications to your package. This allows for optimal flexibility and ensures that you have the freedom to adjust your services as needed. Beyond this monthly commitment, there are no long-term obligations or constraints.

No. Any unused hours at the end of the month cannot be carried over for the following month or refunded. To ensure a seamless experience, we suggest opting for a lower hourly package for your initial month. This approach allows for greater flexibility and ensures that you have ample time to gauge your specific needs accurately. Should you find that the estimated hours are insufficient, we will promptly discuss the matter with you before proceeding further. Any additional hours beyond the chosen package will be billed at the standard hourly rate. The package you select guarantees the number of hours your virtual assistant will aside for you that month. Any additional hours needed cannot be guaranteed.

As independent contractors, we prioritize delivering high-quality results, and this may involve working outside of traditional working hours when necessary. By not adhering to a rigid schedule, we can ensure that your projects receive the attention and dedication they deserve, regardless of the time frame. To ensure a smooth workflow and timely delivery of your tasks or projects, we kindly request that you inform us of any specific deadlines in advance. This allows us to assess our assistants’ availability and provide you with clear communication regarding our ability to meet the deadline.

We only accept payment through our billing software, Zoho. A valid credit card is required to be on file at all times and all major credit cards are accepted. We require payment at the time your package is selected. This upfront payment secures your hours for the month in your assistant’s schedule. At the end of the month, you will receive an invoice showing the amount owed, minus any funds obtained at the start of the month. Any additional agreed-upon work will also be at our hourly rate and the card on file will automatically be charged for the outstanding balance at the completion of the month.

Many of our clients begin with a smaller package and then reassess their requirements after the first month. You have the flexibility to modify your package before the commencement of a new month, ensuring it aligns perfectly with your evolving needs. This especially helps during slower periods like the summer months. Our rates and hours are the typical starting prices for 1-5 person practices.
